Elis moves out of his defensive stance, though his sheep remains extra fluffed, still staring a the figure.

“It’s dangerous to hunt without a priest,” He began, then narrowed his eyes, “so I assume you’re trying to steal spoils from adventurers, but I’ll have you know, I think all of us are too poor to have anything worth stealing!” His voice was between defensive and pissed; he didn’t really mean to let slip that information.

Figure lowers their arms as they look to Makoto, “What do you think I’m doing here?”

Makoto steps forward, wearing an intense expression that contrasted well with his pretty face. He gripped his staff tightly in a defensive gesture in front of his chest, “You’re a thief, correct?” He asked after looking over the new party’s clothes, “What are you doing here?”

Arrenadd narrows his eyes to the trees. “Come out before I shoot you.”

Elis slowly shifts on his feet, gripping his staff tighter, the bell letting out a soft tinkle.

Arrenadd readies his bow knocking an arrow on it as he aims at something in the trees.

Elis pulls his staff across his body defencively, his sheep bleats, digging its feet in and fluffing its wool.

“I can tell.” Arrenadd says bitterly before he stops abruptly, looking around.

Arrenadd looks to Elis then back to the forest, “Don’t let them smell your fear or nervousness. It will get you killed.”

The sheep bounces between patches of long grass, Elis glancing around nevously.

Arrenadd glares at him for a second before he looks around again, “A few but not enough to worry about yet.”

Makoto let out a small chuckle and ran a hand through his hair, “You’re right, sorry, sorry~” he said and put a hand in his pocket, “Have you found traces of monsters or anything around here?”

Arrenadd shrugs, “Okay then”

Elis pauses, looks down at the sheep then back up to Arrenadd “a little extra protection.” he remarks.

Arrenadd stops and looks at Elis in confusion. “What was that about?”

Elis stops walking abruptly, starting to swing his staff and rining the bells, he slams the butt into ground, a summoning circle uncurls from the staff glowing brightly. With a puff of smoke a super fluffy sheep with curly horns appears, it bleats and follows Elis as he starts walking again.

Arrenadd follows Elis his body tense now being ready for anything.

Elis straightens his hands and steps forwards, away from the town and towards the wilds.

Arrenadd nods getting his bow ready.

Makoto jogged a few seconds to catch up with the others. He looked into the woods then the other two. “So are you guys ready?” He asked, holding his staff with both hands behind his back.

Arrenadd looks to Elis and he walks up beside him.

At the edge of the settlement Elis pauses for breath, looking out into the wilds pensively.

Arrenadd nods to Makoto before following Elis. As he walks he checks his bow making sure the string was tight.

Elis points west with his staff, striding off down the street.

Makoto picks up his staff and holds it over his shoulder, he jogs a few steps to catch up to the others, “The woods should be a little west of here, so I guess we should head straight for there.” He squeezes his staff and chuckles softly, “I’ve never put myself in danger like this before, it’s kind of exhilarating.”

Arrenadd looks to Elis then nods and follows him.

“Onward” Elis declares, holding up is staff and striding for the door.

Arenadd nods, “Well we better get going then.”

Minato smiles and nods, “Yup, lets go.” he stands, stretches his arms and casually put his hands in his pockets, “There’s a forest just to the west of here, I think there’s a goblin village somewhere around there. Goblins aren’t sneaky, so they shouldn’t be hard to find, especially for a hunter.” He said, glancing to Arenadd with a small smile.

Arenadd nods and looks to Minato. “Ready?”

Elis salutes “all ready here too” he pats his bag.

Arenadd nods, “I am stocked up on arrows and ready to go.”

Shortly, Minato returns from the upstairs inn, a short knife and a leather pouch attached to his belt. He rejoins the others, greeting them with a small wave and taking his seat, “So, are you guys ready to go now?” he asks, nonchalantly leaning his elbow on the table and crossing his legs.

Arenadd looks to him, “Thanks”

Elis wanders back in having dispatched his letter, he spots Arenadd at the bar and moves up “welcome back.”

Arenadd comes back to the pub once he had all the arrows needed plus some. He sits at the table they were at before and waits for the others.
