everyone is given the clothes on there OC, a pipe pistol (to start with since it is very versatile and can be crafted into many different things) for a ranged weapon, a bat for a melee weapon, 100 bottle caps (currency)

this is where you make your character by stating your hair style/length color, eye color, basic facial features, and body type/shape not to mention clothing. If you struggle to figure out normal fallout clothing google will have all of them but you cannot have armor only clothes.
